This pretty woman in the canvas is an economist by training, a learner by vocation, and a healer by occupation, practicing Past life regression – the therapy based on past lives’ experience, and Recall Healing – healing, which thanks to memory insights, helps identifying and solving emotional traumas. She can heal anyone, even oncologically hopeless in the 4th stage of the disease (provided, of course, that the patient wants to recover, but not to eternally rest, and agrees to accept - OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS! - that he is not the crown of creation, and his own opinion is not... the only true, i. e., that it is necessary to change himself, to change his world perception and his values...); she can help improve the material condition, build relationships with the loved ones, help find love and harmony within oneself and with others, break the vicious circle of negative events, in other words.., help anyone start a full and happy life... By the way, you may read about it in her book Işık her zaman bir yolunu bulur (Light always finds a way)… Very enlightening!

And next to her, there is her husband... He is also a Magician... Otherwise, how can he materialize everything that his heart desires..?! There are many examples of his power to make impossible things happen! But perhaps the most absurd one is a bridge across the pond on the site of an abandoned quarry and landfill... Remember the bridge by Manilov, the silly sentimentalist from the novel Dead Souls by Nikolai Gogol..? His dreams were in the rank of an unreal project... But here... a real bridge… with tracery-like supporting stonework elements, which pleases the eye of blessed old women and children in the shadow of flowering alleys around the park and in the hubbub of children's playgrounds...

They studied in the same Uni - University of Essex (the most cosmopolitan universities in England), but met each other when doing their internships in one of the Swiss banks... Bogdan, running past the camera, with which Pinar was filming the scenic beauty of Geneva, made a joke to catch her attention, "Pinar, I love youuuu..!" - The joke was a success! And it lasts for more than 10 years already... plus 2 cute blonde little Turks... (See two red ribbons on Mommy’s head..? In Turkey, when a child is born, a mother ties a red ribbon around her head... from the evil eye...) Their first child was born on Bogdan’s grandfather’s birthday, in whose honor they named this, from the cradle, multi-talented, diligent, neat, very kind-hearted, and righteous man... To the second, they gave birth on Bogdan’s father’s birthday... They argued much about his name. But as it turned out, all the family members (people of different cultures) in different languages were offering the same name - Leo, i. e. Lion! The strong and powerful king of beasts - a symbol of puissance and success, royal power and strength... And such an affectionate... kitty!

They stayed in five-star hotels, had breakfasts in palaces, enjoyed operas and concerts in royal boxes and dined out with chandeliers and liveried footmen... But it was afterwards... On the first anniversary of their wedding there was no money even for flowers... But there was love, tenderness and the desire to show them! And imagination... So, the young wife woke up in the Garden of Eden, with the angelic singing... It was her husband, quietly singing in her ear, for the first time in Turkish, her favorite song rehearsed for so long in this, then so difficult for him, language...

As to the Turkish song… It is too private…
But here is the translation of the song I am working as magician:

I AM WORKING AS MAGICIAN

Music by E. Kolmanovsky
Lyrics by L. Oshanin

Performed by M. Bernes

Equirhythmic translation by Em Rostverg

I am flying to so many lands.
Who may know, in which I’ll be tomorrow.
Rains I bring to deserts, and the sun
Share with nice strangers in the open.

Why, my dear? Just because
I was learning life not from the textbooks.
Simply, I am working as…
Simply I am working as Magician.
Ma-gi-ci-an.

You are walking January down.
It is cold. Your footprints make an ellipsis.
If you want I’ll start a talk with you,
Give you hand and make your way much shorter.

Why, my dear? Just because
I was learning life not from the textbooks.
Simply, I am working as…
Simply I am working as Magician.
Ma-gi-ci-an.

Years pass with urging feelings forth,
Filling souls with easy stable puissance.
If you want, I’ll turn unsightly you
Into beauty, Cinderella awesome.

Why, my dear? Just because
I was learning life not from the textbooks.
Simply, I am working as…
Simply I am working as Magician.
Ma-gi-ci-an.

Don’t be selfish with a bosom friend,
Think a bit about others also.
This is how the miracles are done.
Maybe you will help me with my magic?

Why, my dear? Just because
I was learning life not from the textbooks.
Simply, I am working as…
Simply I am working as Magician.
Ma-gi-ci-an.
Ma-gi-ci-an.

Why, my dear? Just because
I was learning life not from the textbooks.
Simply, I am working as…
Simply I am working as Magician.
Ma-gi-ci-an.
Ma-gi-ci-an.

In other words... "He, who is honest, caring, and brave, -

                            Is a true Magician!"

And doesn’t it take a Magician – to turn weakness into Strength and Dignity, failure into steps to Success, and the feeling of being hurt into Forgiveness and Love?!

P. S. And here are translations of another three songs:

LIFE, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH

Music by E. Kolmanovsky
Lyrics by K. Vanshenkin

Performed by M. Bernes

Equirhythmic translation by Em Rostverg

Life, I love you so much,
Which is not in itself that uncommon,
Life, I love you so much,
And I love you all over and over…
When the windows lit up,
I return after work, very tired...
Life, I love you so much,
And I want you to beсcome even better.

I was given a lot –
Vast expanses of land and the ocean,
I have long known how
The male friendship might be self-denying.
In the day and twilight
I’m happy that cannot be idle.
I have love of my life…
Life, you know, what it is and what might be.
I have love of my life…
Life, you know, what it is and what might be.

As the nightingales sing
And the kiss ends twilight in the morning…
And the peaks of the love
Are the miracles - our descendants.
Once again we will pass
The childhood, adolescence, adulthood,
Then we’ll have great-grandsons
And restart from the very beginning.

Oh, how years go by…
We grow sad when we notice grey hair…
Life, remember the guys,
Who were lost when you fiercely defending?
So, rejoice and triumph
In the trumpeting sounds of the spring hymn!
Life, I love you so much,
And I hope it’s a mutual feeling.
Life, I love you so much,

And I hope it’s a mutual feeling.

All THE BEST IS AHEAD

Music by E. Kolmanovsky
Lyrics by Q. Quli

Performed by M. Bernes

Equirhythmic translation by Em Rostverg

People… we cannot achieve our limit -
Best words and best deeds will happen tomorrow…
All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

Best thrilling songs will be sung only later,
Where is the girl - the world's best girl forever?
All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

And because life is created from waiting,
People sow grain and erect their buildings,
All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

And because life is complete expectation,
People produce the world's finest creations.
All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

No need make haste summarizing the totals,
Where is the lightest and best ever road?
All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

Sadness and sorrow will soon be forgotten,
And cherished dreams will so easily come true.
All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

Sadness and sorrow will soon be forgotten,
And cherished dreams will so easily come true.
All the best is ahead, all the best is ahead.

THE SCOWS FULL OF MARINE MULLET

Music by N. Bogoslovsky

Lyrics by V. Agatov

Performing M. Bernes

Equirhythmic translation by Em Rostverg

- Are you an actor?

- No, I am from Odessa. When I hear good music, I see the port, the blue-blue sea and my mind starts recalling...

The scows full of marine mullet,
Kostya to Odessa used to bring,
And all of carters used to stand up,
When he was entering the pub.
The sea turns blue behind Boulevard,
The chestnut trees are blossoming,
And Constantine picks up a guitar
And sings in a low and magic voice:

“I won’t tell you for the whole Odessa,
Since Odessa is immensely large,
But Moldovanka and Peresyp
Worship Kostya-Sailor very much”.

In May, once fisherwoman Sonya,
When heading her boat to the shore,
Told him, "Though everyone respects you,
But I haven’t seen you here before."
And in response, not very warmly,
Lighting a dandy cigarette,
Kostya pronounced, "You are a weirdo,
But the thing is very much like this...

I won’t tell you for the whole Odessa,
Since Odessa is immensely large,
But Moldovanka and Peresyp
Worship Kostya-Sailor very much”.

The trees were flowering at The Fountain,
French Boulevard also was in bloom.
"Our Kostya might have fallen in love," -
Loaders were roaring at the port.
About this news all fishermen
Were much excited the whole week.
And for the wedding longshoremen
Put on extremely squeaky boots.

I won’t tell you for the whole Odessa,
Since Odessa is immensely large,
Day and night, the whole of big Peresyp

Celebrated Kostya’s wedlock luck.
